What is the best way to check the progress of my order?

Order confirmations are sent to your email address as soon as possible.

Please contact us or check your account on the official site if you haven't gotten confirmation. If you don't know your order number, please double-check the email address and complete name you used to place the order so we can look into it.

Is it possible to change/cancel my order?

We are unable to make any changes or substitutes to an order once it has been placed. Once an order has been paid for, it is processed and fulfilled in real time by our distribution center.

Delivery

My package was not delivered to me. So, what should I do now?

Have you double-checked your tracking data? Please double-check your surroundings and speak with your neighbors.
If you are unable to locate your delivery, please inform us so that we can initiate a missing parcel investigation with the carrier.

Due to the fact that we utilize different carriers depending on the destination, shipping timeframes may vary. We make every effort to meet all delivery deadlines, however there may be delays due to parcel delays, logistics, poor weather, or other factors beyond our control.
